FLU Information
Flu season will be here soon and it’s time to get the seasonal influenza (flu) vaccine. We recommend annual influenza immunization for all children and adolescents 6 months of age and older. Children younger than 6 months old are at high risk for serious flu illness, but are too young to be vaccinated. People who care for them should be vaccinated instead.
Seasonal influenza vaccine is available through schools for school age children.
We provide flu vaccinations in our office for preschool children and for those school age children who for some reason have not been or won’t be immunized in school.
